How do I schedule my photoshoot? You can schedule online by clicking the schedule button on the menu. If you have questions please fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page.

How will my shoot be delivered to me?
You will receive an email with a link to download your images, and another link for your virtual tour.

What is your turnaround time?
You will receive your shoot no later than 6pm the next day

What are your business hours?
8am-5pm Monday through Friday, I don't provide services on major holidays.

What types of payment do you accept?
Credit cards or checks

Does someone need to be present for the photoshoot?
No, as long as everything is prepped and any specific notes including access instructions are provided when you order your shoot, you do not need to be present. You are certainly welcome to be present, but it is not required!

Do you help with staging/shoot prep?
I will to a point. I will give some suggestions and will move small items, but I strongly encourage all staging and prepping to be completed ahead of time. I shoot multiple properties per day so it is very critical I am able to complete the shoot in the time I have allotted for you. If I show up and the property is not ready, I will give you the option of shooting the property as is, or rescheduling.

I need to cancel or reschedule my photoshoot, is there a fee?
As long as you cancel or reschedule the day before the shoot, there is no fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule the same day or onsite there is a $25 cancellation fee.

How long does a photoshoot take?
It depends on the property size and the package ordered. For a 5-10 image shoot it will take about 20 minutes, for a 15-25 image package it will take 30-40 minutes, for 35 images on it can take an hour to an hour and a half. The time will also depend on how well the property is prepped ;)

What areas do you serve?
The twin cities and surrounding suburbs, I also serve western WI. I am willing to travel outside of this area, but depending on the distance there may be a travel fee.

Do you have Supra Ekey access?
Not at this time, but Supra now offers a one time access code for non members that is valid anywhere from 2-72 hours. You can find instuctions on their website.
